Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard
- After cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
Refund Policy
- Monthly subscriptions: refund available within 24 hours of payment if no paid tool has been used
- Yearly subscriptions: refund available within 7 days of payment if no paid tool has been used
- Lifetime plan: no refund once payment is processed
- Refunds are not available if the account has been suspended for Terms violation
How to Request a Refund Email us at support@k-phynx.com within the eligible period with:
- Your registered email address
- Payment transaction ID
- Reason for refund
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method.
